Maria Managing Director / Service Manager
I am the service manager of Future living care, I manage the day to day running of the service ensuring we are compliant in all areas to ensure the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and Well lead.
I can help you by providing a quality and trust worthy service offering each individual their own bespoke holistic care service focusing on each individuals personal needs, wants, goals and aspirations whilst being provided with high quality care. I will ensure our service users are given the their own choices whilst being cared for life to enable them to live a happy and as independent life as possible.

A little about me
I am very adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic person with a genuine interest in making a difference to people’s lives. I am kind hearted and very approachable person who is very supportive of all my peers and encouraging people to ensure they achieve positive outcomes and their own personal goals.

My experience
I have worked in health & social care services for over 10 years; I am very adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic Service Manager with experience in providing a professional care service to Adults with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Brain injuries, and behavioural difficulties. Having an excellent understanding of promoting privacy and dignity whilst enhancing independence and rehabilitation.

A proven ability to deal with physically and emotionally demanding care patients and to successfully help those to retain, regain and develop skills needed for independent living. Able to follow company policies & Procedures and legislation ensuring first class delivery of a safe and competent service to the public. In my previous role as a service manager I was proud that the service achieved Good in all areas by the governing body CQC.

My knowledge, experience and qualifications have supported me to be competent in all areas in my current role at future living care, making a difference to people’s lives.

Michael
Michael Business Development Manager / Career Development Officer
My job is to ensure you have been given the correct advice about your personal financial circumstance, if you are entitled any financial support and signposted to the relevant department in the local authority in regards to your finances if you meet the criteria.

I will ensure we find the most suitable service personalised and bespoke to your loved one, giving yourself or your loved ones reassurance you will be provided with the best possible care service. My involvement does not begin and end after giving advice and support in the initial stages, I will continually be working hard in the background to ensure all our service users needs and wants are being met by partnership working with other relevant service, liaising with service users, families and staff.
A little about me
I work in the Business development department, support with compliance and customer service in the head office. I am first point of contact with any new referrals or for giving advice, support and guidance needed in regards to care services thereby enabling us to achieve the best possible outcome for any of our new service users and families.

My experience
I have worked in health & social care services for over 15 years; I started out as support worker supporting clients in a residential setting and in the community, in the service users own home who suffered with a brain injury leaving them needing 24 hours complex care. I have worked in the community in domiciliary care as a community care assistant caring and supporting for elderly service users with dementia, ensuring they can remain living at home independently for as long as possible in a safe and comfortable environment.

After gaining all my knowledge and experience in health & social care industry as a support worker and I was passionate and dedicated to making a difference to peoples lives, I decided I wanted to be in a more senior role to enable me to have more control in making better decisions and supporting service users to get the best possible care they deserve. I then progressed in my role as a support worker to senior support worker, team leader to becoming a service manger of a domiciliary care service for 5 years, during this time I was proud that the service achieved Good in all areas by the governing body CQC.

All my knowledge, experience and qualifications have supported myself to be in my current role at future living care, making a difference to people’s lives.

My Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy spending my spare time enjoying family life with my partner and 4 children. I enjoy keeping myself fit and healthy going to the gym and fitness circuits. I am a qualified football coach and manage my son’s football coaching in the week and games on a weekend.

Amy
AmySenior Health Care Assistant
I am currently doing my training for my senior carer role , within this role I will be supporting all other carers when out in the community visiting our service users.

I will also be assisting the management team with office responsibilities. I have a very supportive management team who are giving me the best possible training to help me work to my highest standards in order to complete my training.

A Little about myself.

I am a very loyal, trustworthy, kindhearted , caring and passionate individual who gives 100% in all that is expected of me. I always see the best in others and believe that i can make a change in others lives by offering any support that may be needed. I hope to pass on any training I have received to other individuals in order to help better theirselves with working to the best standards possible.

My experience

I have completed my level 2 health and social , my next step is to go further with completing my level 3 which will be supporting me within my senior carer role.
I have also completed both level 2&3 childcare in which I have 10 years experience in. My experience and knowledge within both sectors have helped guide me within my role and has given me the confidence to progress further in order to make sure I am delivering only the highest standards of care

Carol
Carol Compliance Manager
I work alongside our service manger, care- coordinator, team leaders, senior staff and carers to ensure we provide a safe service.

I am regularly auditing all client and staff information generated by our management system collecting and monitoring data to identify any issues in regards to our service users health & well being or staff performance. This allows our clients to remain in their own home whilst being cared for by professional and highly trained carers, support workers. My job is to ensure the service complies with CQC regulations and government law.

A little about me
My role at Future Living Care is a compliance Manager and I strive to drive forward the quality of care in all our services we offer, by leading on quality governance activities, including the audit cycle; compliance to clinical and best practice standards; and compliance to regulatory frameworks ensuring we are outstanding in our service delivery.

My experience
I have worked in health & social care services for over 20 years, I worked with clients in the community in their own homes, care homes and a specialised mental health hospital suffering with a variety of complex care conditions, mental health, Schizophrenia, Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, ADH, ABI and physical disability. My roles varied from carer, support worker, team leader, and coordinator, which lead me to my role at Future Living Care as compliance manager. My role is to ensure the business is compliant and a safe service.

I am very passionate about my role giving all my knowledge, experience to ensure we provide a quality safe service service.

Pauline
PaulineHouse Leader
I have been working as a community carer now for over 3 years and I really enjoy my role as a carer, I am very passionate about making a difference to people’s lives.

I am currently studying my level 2 in Health & Social care which will assist and support me in my role as a House leader and community carer. In my role as house leader I support a team of carers supporting our service user to live and remain independently as possible in her home 24 hours and supporting service users in their own home.
I assist and support our management team with office responsibilities eg paperwork, we have a very supportive management team who are giving me the best possible support and training to help me work to my highest standards in order to complete my training and do my job to the best of my ability.
About me.
I am a very reliable, honest, trustworthy, caring and passionate person always giving 110 % in all that I do. I hope to pass on my own personal knowledge and experience through training I have completed to other carers in order to support our team with working to the best high quality standards at all times.

Billie Jo
Billie JoCare Compliance officer
My name is Billie Jo Rosbottom and my job at future living care is care compliance officer, my
role consists of making sure we are compliant in all areas meeting the CQC standards,

regulations and government legislation, ensuring we continually provide outstanding care and
always looking at ways to improve to be better.
I have 8 years experience in health & social care industry, starting my career as a health care
assistant in a care home in a dementia unit, over the 8 years I’ve had roles as a support worker,
domiciliary carer, senior carer, I have been an assistant manager for supported living with
people with learning my disabilities, I have been a care coordinator and a supervisor, I’ve
worked with all different aspects of care, spinal injuries, disabilities, mental health, learning
disabilities, palliative, end of life and complex care needs. During my time working in these
various roles I managed to gain a lot of knowledge, experience and understanding in
compliance and how important this role is within a company .
I really enjoy my role and it is within my best interest in my position to help the business and
ensure that we are providing the highest level of care, while ensuring that all of the compliance
is up to the best standards.
My hobbies would be spending time with friends and spending a lot of time with my
grandparents and helping them out. I like going out and seeing new things and just socialising in
general.
